FirstCry Revenue Growth Moderates to 15.1% in FY24, Significantly Reducing Losses

FirstCry, the omnichannel retail firm operated by Brainbees Solutions, has reported a notable 15% growth in operating revenue, reaching Rs 64,9=809 million in FY24. Alongside this growth, the company successfully reduced its losses by 34%, bringing the total down to Rs 3,210 million during the same period.

  • Globalbees brands, its eCommerce rollup grew by 54.8% In FY24
  • International revenue (selling online in Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates) grew by 54.6% in FY24

Founded in 2010, Brainbees operates three main business segments:

  • Indian business (70% revenue): Online platform and offline stores
  • Overseas business (12% revenue): Online platforms in UAE and Saudi Arabia
  • GlobalBees house of brands (19% revenue): Sells household, fashion, appliance, and personal care products

With a strong presence in 533 Indian cities, 1,063 FirstCry and Babyhug stores, and a diverse portfolio of 7,580 brands, Brainbees offers a comprehensive range of products and services to its customers.
